in Christ International.
Partners in Christ (PICI) is an international, non-denominational Christian mission organization founded in 1986. Since that time, PICI has been serving evangelical churches on both sides of the Mexican-American border by linking them together in partnering relationships. In recent years we have built upon our experience in Mexico and expanded our ministry to other countries. Our vision is to link local churches across geographical and cultural boundaries, encouraging mutual edification in Christ as together we fulfill His mandate to make disciples of all nations.

PICI strives to carry out this vision with the following distinctives:

Church to church relationships are fostered within a culturally appropriate and non-paternalistic format. PICI staff serve as catalysts and facilitators of these relationships and bring the cultural and missiological understanding necessary to aid in their development.
A priority is placed on empowering and equipping local leaders and churches to develop and expand their own vision and strategy for outreach and ministry.
Partnership is our primary method of implementation—we do not seek to create new ministries or duplicate the efforts of others. We serve existing ministries and organizations by meeting needs and opportunities that enhance or compliment their work
