Although indigenous churches in the developing world recognize the need and have the desire for appropriately trained leadership, few have the infrastructure and resources to provide this and to prepare leaders for multiplying the effectiveness of churches in their communities. PICI assists indigenous churches in their efforts to develop an equipped leadership.

We do this by: Serving as consultants to local churches and pastors in the implementation of church-based leadership training Providing churches with low cost leadership and training materials Cooperating with local churches to provide seminars and training conferences in partnership with North American churches Developing regional training centers in cooperation with local church alliances
